Presented by Amy Prueger. Amy’s practice focuses on appellate, commercial, and regulatory litigation. A former Texas Supreme Court clerk with experience in both large and specialty firms, she regularly represents clients in business disputes and on appeal.
Moderated by Jody Sanders, a Texas appellate practitioner whose experience includes all stages of litigation, as well as appeals and original proceedings in Texas appellate courts and federal court. Jody also co-hosts the Texas Appellate Law Podcast.
