The program finds volunteer lawyers to screen and represent pro bono clients in the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. Through this Program, volunteer lawyers obtain greater appellate experience in, and exposure to, the Fourteenth Court of Appeals. The Court has indicated that it will give special consideration to hearing oral argument in cases accepted through the Program.
