The 1st Appeal & SBOT Annual Meeting Committee strives to provide service to Section members and the public by planning continuing legal education programs in the area of appellate law. In particular, the committee plans the following annual CLE programs: Handling Your First Appeal,Handling Your First (or Next) Fifth Circuit Civil Appeal, andSupreme Court Update and U.S. Supreme Court Update at the Texas State Bar Annual Meeting.
