One of the very select few who have ever clerked both for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the Texas Supreme Court, Zenobia clerked for former Fifth Circuit Chief Judge Carl Stewart and former Texas Supreme Court Justice Dale Wainwright. Incredibly, she also externed with a then-U.S. Senator who would later become President—Barack Obama.

 

Her legal excellence continued throughout her career, where she was tapped to lead the Houston office of the national law firm, Frost Brown Todd, in 2020. After joining the Section’s Bench Bar Committee in 2021, Zenobia organized a terrific event later that year on behalf of the Section with both the First and Fourteenth Courts of Appeals in Houston on the lawn of the beautiful 1920 Courthouse.
