2012 Class of the Texas Appellate Hall of Fame Call for Nominations

Please make your nominations for the 2012 Class of the Texas Appellate Hall of Fame. The deadline for nominations is June 30, 2012. The Hall of Fame is an honor given jointly by the State Bar of Texas Appellate Section and the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society. It recognizes a distinguished group of judges, attorneys and court personnel who have made unique contributions to the practice of appellate law in Texas from the mid-1850's to present day. Beginning the award in 2011, the Section and the Society decided that these individuals are deserving of special recognition so that their efforts, results, intellect, and sacrifice on behalf of the citizens of the State of Texas will be memorialized for generations to come, and created the Texas Appellate Hall of Fame to honor these individuals. Previous inductees include W. James Kronzer, Jr., Russell Hugh "Rusty" McMains, Hon. Robert W. Calvert, and Hon. Joe R. Greenhill.
