Chief Justice John Hemphill Inducted Into the Texas Appellate Hall of Fame
The State Bar of Texas Appellate Section and the Texas Supreme Court Historical Society proudly announce that John Hemphill, Chief Justice of the Texas Supreme Court from 1840 to 1858, has been inducted into the Texas Appellate Hall of Fame.
